Threadhopping: Yes, within reason. Shoot me a message or a plurk if you're not sure.
Fourthwalling: OH MY GOD YES
Hugging this character: Count Bleck does not approve.
Kissing this character: Count Bleck approves of this even less than hugging.
Flirting with this character: Count Bleck cares nothing for flirting unless you are Timpani. And she's dead.
Fighting with this character: By all means, try to get through the Chaos Heart.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): If you can get through the Chaos Heart shield (using a Pure Heart or something equal, like a Princess of Heart), then beat the every loving crap out of him.
Killing this character: Ask me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Please ask first.
[Fill this out]
Dark Prognosticus: A book of prophesies that Bleck stole from his own tribe. In it, he can read future events and plan accordingly. Obviously, in the tower, he can't read it as easily as he did back home. So, for plotting purposes, would you be for or against him using this against your character? And, when we do plot, you can message me with everything I'm allowed to have Bleck know so everybody else will be surprised.
Chaos Heart: A powerful object that can summon the Void to destroy everything and created by the union of "a powerful king and a pure princess". Bleck uses it as a personal shield, mostly. But it can be broken through my Pure Hearts (or by Princesses of Heart in the tower) so put here if you're character has a Pure Heart. If not, how badly can the Chaos Heart knock your character back/injured them?

Personality:
Count Bleck is an understanding and sympathetic gentleman with a strong sense of leadership and patience, seen before in the distant past when he was known as Lord Blumiere. Unless you are aware of his notorious acts, it’s pretty easy to get along with this man quickly. This incredibly likeable demeanor is also there to make up for his scandalous acts and personality, but he won't stop being evil. Don't even hope for it.
Nobody would know this from looking at him, talking with him or scheming with him, but Count Bleck is actually a man who once felt love in it’s purest of forms. And it was this love that would lead him to a downward spiral into villainy and a desire to destroy all worlds, when Timpani disappeared and thought dead. Once he was a kind young man with a respect for life and an acceptance that his people were hated by humans. Timpani was the first to like him or any member of the Tribe of Darkness and he showed her a love and devotion that was unheard of among his people. That all changed though when his father sent Timpani away and he believed she died.
From then on, Blumiere was filled with an inconsolable rage and hatred, he turned twisted and sadistic, but not openly so except for a few events. He killed his own father as an act of revenge, stole the Dark Prognosticus from his own tribe and then destroyed them all as well as the dimension they all came from.
Living life was worthless without Timpani and he thought that if she wasn’t there to live through life with, there was no point in there being life at all. He wanted destruction and chaos because it would help him leave the worlds and Timpani behind. The worlds simply symbolized people that took Timpani away and he grew more and more bitter.
He’s not all bad though, being quite gentlemanly and respectful towards his minions. One of his most loyal of followers, Nastasia, was actually a bat he freed from a trap and she ended up swearing fealty to him and his cause. He treats O’Chunks, Nastasia and Mimi as though they were family, and never once punished them for failing to defeat Mario and his friends. The punishments any of them suffered, and none of them worse than writing 1000 page essays, were assigned by Nastasia.
Bleck is always upbeat, completely confident that he’ll succeed in destroying all the dimensions with the Void and always smiling. Although, his face may just be stuck that way. His demeanor and care for his minions earned him their loyalty and they care as much for him as he does them. Two of his followers, Nastasia and Mimi, actually develop slight feelings for him as well.
While he starts out with wanting to destroy the universe, the game gradually reveals his story and the tragedy he suffered. He doesn’t want to destroy the dimensions but without Timpani, there’s no reason for himself or the other dimensions to exist. Everything he does or did was for his lost love.
He’s also very intelligent, knowing the skills and capabilities of his minions and knowing not to be disappointed in them. If they were meant to hold off Mario, after all, the Dark Prognosticus would have said something about that. If anything, he considered them a stalling tactic to Mario. Clever as well, he’s very good at convincing others to join him, even without Nastasia’s mind control ability, though that is more convenient in the long run.
Abilities:
Dark Prognosticus: “Anyone who possessed this book has never found happiness.” A book of prophecies that was stolen from the Ancients by Bleck’s people, to ensure that it wouldn’t be used for evil. Ironic considering it had the secrets of the future, how to create the Chaos Heart and summon the Void to destroy all worlds. And Lord Blumiere (who later became Count Bleck) stole it.
Flight: He can float and fly anywhere. Convenient, since he doesn’t appear to have much to his body. Or it’s invisible.
Teleporting: By “flipping,” Count Bleck can teleport anywhere at whim. The Dark Prognosticus always teleports/flips with him.
Chaos Heart: An artifact of great power (which will be nerfed a bit in the Tower since I don’t think Jason and the others was the Void to consume it) which Bleck can use to shield himself. And since there are no Pure Hearts here? Yeah, no one is getting through that shield.
Dark magic: He’s a member of the Tribe of Darkness, so darkness is a thing with him (but not evil until he thought Timpani died) and his magic reflects that. Using his
